Class Timetable

Face to Face classes are held at our base Green Croft On The Wall, Gilsland Village Hall, Alston Masonic Hall. The classes that are also available on Zoom are listed as Online.

Regular Class Programme

Summer Term Dates: Week beginning Monday 3rd June 2024 - Week ending  Saturday 20th July 

Wednesday

10.00am - 11.00am: Love To Move @ Gilsland Village Hall  / Online  

A gentle but fun seated dance and yoga class, for those who find getting up and down from the floor difficult. Designed to keep you moving and mobile. 

6.15pm - 7.15pm: Adult Ballet @ Gilsland Village Hall 

Adult Ballet suitable for people who are revisiting ballet after many years and absolute beginners. These classes will help improve your mobility, posture, coordination and energy levels.

7.30pm - 8.30pm: Hatha Yoga @ Gilsland Village Hall / Online

This is a beginners and improvers class, so all levels welcome. This is a progressive yoga class to build strength, stamina and flexibility  as well as practice meditation and breathing techniques. We will work through a different theme or posture weekly.

Thursday

9.00am - 10.00am Gentle Hatha Flow @ Green Croft On The Wall / Online 

Gentle Flow Yoga is for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a slower practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.

7.30 - 8.30pm Hatha Yoga @ Alston Masonic Hall
