Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions. If you can't find what you are looking for then just email info@greencroftonthewall.com

How do I book a class? 

1. Sign Up or Log In to the website at the top right hand corner of the page. 

2. Once signed in go to the web page PLANS & PRICING. Choose and purchase a 1, 4, or 8 class pass. 

3. Go to the web page BOOK and press the button Book Now to choose your preferred class from the list of services. Choose a date from the calendar.

Click the session time button and press NEXT.  You will have 2 options.

Option 1 - Pay With Your Plan. If you have purchased a class pass then press this button and the class will be automatically taken off.

Option 2 - Purchase  A Session. If you have not bought a plan then you can purchase a session  with a debit card or by PayPal. 

4. You can book and cancel up to 2 hours before the start time of the class.

How do I cancel or reschedule a class? 

1. You can cancel or reschedule your class up to 2 hours before the start time. You don't need to email or message your intention to do that as I receive notification by email 

2. Log In to the website at the top right hand corner of the page. 

2. Click the arrow on the right to reveal a drop down menu. Go to My Bookings and find the class.

3. Click the arrow beside Reschedule and choose to cancel the class or rebook another class. 

4. If you are unable to join your booked face to face class, instead of cancelling you can join via Zoom instead. To do that please message to receive a Zoom link.

I have an injury, will I be able to join your classes?

If you haven't attended on of my classes before please complete the Health Questionnaire before attending. please just let me know before you come to class of any medical issues, injuries or reasonable adjustments you need from me. I am here to assist and support you.
