Enjoy this FREE 45 minute Crystal Bowl Sound Bath taster session. The session will start with a guided relaxing meditation followed by a crystal bowl sound meditation to balance the body, mind and soul. A sound bath is a sonic and vibrational experience that is extremely beneficial and healing on both physical and mental levels. You will leave feeling a calm, relaxed and balanced.

Sound healing (also known as sound therapy or sound meditation) is comparable to meditation and mindfulness, but with no effort required on behalf of the participant. This is a passive meditation and the participant is encouraged to lie down, relax.

What to Bring:

We will provide a flotation bed, blanket, pillow and eye mask. To ensure maximum comfort during the session, please feel free to bring the following:

• Extra blankets, pillows or sleeping bag (to stay cozy. Your body temperature will lower when lying still)

• Warm layers (to adjust to the room's temperature)

• Water bottle (staying hydrated is important)
