Crystal Bowl Sound Bath

Enjoy a guided relaxing meditation to settle into the practice followed by a crystal bowl sound meditation to balance the body, mind and soul. A sound bath is a sonic audible and vibrational experience that is extremely beneficial and healing on both physical and mental levels. You will leave feeling a calm, relaxed and balanced.

Sound healing (also known as sound therapy or sound meditation) is comparable to meditation and mindfulness, but with no effort required on behalf of the participant. This is a passive meditation and the participant is encouraged to lie down, relax.

What to expect?

 - The session will start with a guided meditation for around 10 minutes to help you relax.

 - I will play a range of crystal & Himalayan bowls as well as other percussive instruments for around 40 minute. They will create a vibrating swell of sound in the room. The sounds help you mind relax and you may find you fall asleep or in a very relaxed state.

 - After I finish playing there will be around 5 minutes of silence before bringing everyone around for a herbal tea.

I will provide you with

- Floatation Lounger

- Eye mask

- Blanket. Please feel free to bring additional blankets and cushions if you require more comfort or feel the cold.

- A herbal drink at the end of the session to revive you.

You may want to consider the following:

- Arrive 10 minutes before your sound bath to get settled.

- Bring water.

- Wear comfortable clothes and if you do feel the cold then extra blankets.

Cancellation Policy

If you find that you are not able to attend less than 4 weeks to the workshop, the tickets are non refundable or transferable to another day. When you book in advance a space is reserved for you. If your plans change and you can not attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend to attend the same event on the same date and time. Please let us know if you wish to do this so we can amend our attendee list.
