If you need to cancel a class

You can cancel a class up to 2 hours before the start of the class and your class will be returned to your pass to be used again. If you cancel a class less than 2 hours ahead or do not show up to the class then your class will not be refunded.

If you need to cancel your place on a workshop, experience or retreat day.

If you tell us more than 4 weeks prior to the workshop date, you can transfer to another workshop, subject to availability and any balance due. Alternatively, you can revert your booking to a credit that must be used within that calendar year. In both instances a 20% admin fee will be payable.

 

If you find that you are not able to attend less than 4 weeks to the workshop, the tickets are non refundable or transferable to another day. When you book in advance a space is reserved for you. If your plans change and you can not attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend to attend the same event on the same date and time. Please let us know if you wish to do this so we can amend our attendee list and any dietary requirements before the day.

If we need to cancel a workshop.

We try hard not to disappoint people and make every effort to find replacement tutors but at short notice this is not always possible. Therefore, occasionally we need to cancel a workshop, due to circumstances beyond our control. If this happens:

We will always try to give you as much notice as possible. You will be given the option to transfer to another workshop, subject to availability. If an alternative is not possible then you will receive a full refund.
 

Please Note  In order to protect both our customers and our business for the future and to keep things as fair as possible, it is necessary for us to strictly enforce our Cancellation Policy equally for all students, regardless of circumstances, even if these are out of your control.

 We regret we are unable to refund travel or accommodation costs or any other consequential costs you may have incurred in booking your workshop.
